Fellow grade recognises those professionals with extensive experience in the industry. Fellows must have a minimum of 10 years industry experience with five years in roles of major responsibility or 15 years senior experience with a major personal accomplishment in the industry.

The main professional grade of the GhIG is Member grade. Members are professionals with a tertiary qualification and a minimum of three years’ experience.

Graduate members are young professionals who are in the early years of building their careers. Graduates receive the full membership benefits of the GhIG at subsidised rates for the first three years after finishing university.
